Dr. Kathy Anderson, MD, FAAP, IBCLC, CEIM
Dr. Kathy Anderson, MD, FAAP, IBCLC, CEIM is board certified in General Pediatrics and Integrative Medicine. She is committed to preserving, promoting, and optimizing the health, wellness, and safety of children by providing education, consultation, and most importantly, premium quality, compassionate, clinical care. She is well respected by patients and colleagues alike for her attention to detail and sharpened clinical intuition, unwavering commitment to community interest through training and education, and her legislative advocacy.
Dr. Anderson’s intensive training in infant, child, and adolescent physical and mental health in the inpatient and outpatient settings, and her 20 years of experience in the field of pediatric medicine mostly in the US, with some abroad, makes her acutely prepared for continuing to provide ethical, high-quality, medically-sound, care for children in today’s dynamically changing healthcare climate.
Dr. Anderson established Nurturing Wellness Pediatrics in 2020 as an independent private practice where children and families can grow within their medical home. She is also an active leader in the American Academy of Pediatrics, Board Member at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota since 2022, and Board Member at Foundation for a Healthy North Dakota since 2024.
(Outside of work, Dr. Anderson and her husband, Marcus have 3 daughters. They love sports, the outdoors (when it’s warm) traveling (to warm places), and all different kinds of food!)
Dr. Kathy Anderson is proud to serve as a Board Member of Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota since January 2021. In this role, she helps guide the organization’s mission to provide affordable, high-quality healthcare coverage for North Dakotans. Her commitment to advancing patient care and community wellness aligns closely with BCBSND’s vision of improving health and well-being across the state.

Quinn Packineau, FNP - C
Quinn Packineau, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing thoughtful, family-centered pediatric care. Quinn earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Dakota in 2017, along with a minor in psychology, and completed her Master of Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialty at UND in 2025. She is board certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
As a newly graduated Nurse Practitioner, Quinn brings a strong clinical foundation built on years of nursing experience in critical care, vascular access, and ENT with outpatient surgery. This diverse background supports a calm, detail-oriented approach and a deep appreciation for caring for children with both routine and complex healthcare needs.
Quinn is passionate about preventative medicine and believes early education, proactive care, and strong partnerships with families are key to helping children thrive. A strong child advocate, she prioritizes creating a safe, welcoming environment where children feel comfortable and parents feel informed, supported, and heard.
Quinn joined Nurturing Wellness Pediatrics in September 2025 and is committed to evidence-based practice, compassionate care, and building trusted relationships with families. She enjoys guiding children and parents through every stage of growth and development and is proud to serve the community.
(Outside of work, Quinn is a wife to Neil and a mom of four. She enjoys time on the river or lake, cheering on her kids at sporting events, family dance parties, and cozy evenings at home.)
